There's a couple of ways you can play this. I saw Bic perform it solo, she
 used a capo on the fifth fret, but it sounds good playing it at the fifth
 fret position with out a capo too, you get some dissonant Pink
 Floyd-ish/Neil Young-ish notes resonating. Alternatively you could work it
 out and play it down in the open chord position.

 The main trick to this tune is the ascending and descending base line. The
 way I've interpreted it for the purpose of the transcription is that all of
 the chords are Dm with different bass notes. I've written the chord shapes
 as they are played, above the fifth fret except that I use a 0 to denote an
 open string instead of writing it as 5. I use my thumb to fret the Bb note
 in the Dm/Bb chord, and I use my pinky to fret the C note in the other
 chord. She also throws in a Dm with an A passing note in a couple of places
 which sounds really sweet. In order to put all of this together with correct
 timing and finger picking, listen to the CD!
